ESG Report of Our Company
Our company's ESG Report is structured around five main dimensions: corporate governance, employees, products, environment, and social welfare. Following a core disclosure approach, it presents Tai Rong Industry's perspectives and responses to significant issues encountered in the process of sustainable development.

Reporting Period: From January 1st to December 31st each year.

Scope and Boundaries: The information covers both the Yunlin Factory and the Kaohsiung Factory. Throughout the reporting period, there have been no significant changes in the scale, structure, or ownership of Tairoun Products, and no substantial impact on the reporting from joint ventures/subsidiaries or leased facilities.

Data Collection Process and Measurement Methods:
The data collection process for the report involves the aggregation of information on the economic, social, and environmental aspects of Tai Rong Industry. This information is gathered through daily operational management data, educational training, issue discussions, and interviews with various units, following the requirements of the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) guidelines.
The methods for collecting, measuring, and calculating the various indicator data are primarily based on compliance with local regulations. In cases where local regulations do not specify particular requirements, international standards (such as relevant ISO standards) are utilized. If there are no applicable international standards, industry standards, or industry practices serve as the guiding principles."
