GHG
台榮產業除配合政府政策要求及實施進度進行溫室氣體盤查,自2021年因排放量降低,已被排除第一階段列管對象,但本公司仍自主進行溫室氣體盤查,並由環保主責單位向最高管理層報告。
本公司除持續保持自我盤查之外,亦將超前政府要求的進度,提早規畫及進行相關子公司的溫室氣體盤查,並尋求外部查證機構進行協助。而此盤查之結果,更有助於施產及環保單位作為如何制定減量排放具體作為的重要依據,進而達成每年減量1%的政策目標。

In addition to complying with government policy requirements and implementation schedules for greenhouse gas inventories, Tairoun Products, since 2021, has been excluded from the first-phase management list due to a reduction in emissions. However, the company continues to voluntarily conduct greenhouse gas inventories, with reports presented to the top management by the environmental protection responsible unit.
Apart from ongoing self-assessment, the company is proactively planning and conducting greenhouse gas inventories for its subsidiary companies ahead of the government's requirements. External verification agencies are also engaged to provide assistance. The results of these inventories contribute significantly to the formulation of concrete measures for emission reduction by the production and environmental protection units. This, in turn, aids in achieving the policy goal of an annual reduction of 1%.

Tairoun Industry Greenhouse Gas Reduction Policy
台榮產業致力於成為環境友好的企業,積極響應全球氣候變遷挑戰,減少溫室氣體排放,並確保符合政府及國際間的環保法規要求。公司將通過技術創新、資源節約和持續優化管理體系來實現可持續發展,並力爭在2030年前實現以下目標:
●溫室氣體排放減少5%(相較於2024年基準年)。
●增加再生能源使用比例至10%。
●全面推動碳中和計畫,力爭在2050年達到淨零排放。
2.策略與行動計劃
●能源效率提升
節能技術應用:引進高效節能設備,如LED照明、乾燥送風機增設變頻器、蒸氣壓縮機保養、維修蒸氣卻水器等,降低工廠運營中的能耗。
●再生能源使用
採購綠電:優先選擇綠電供應商,並與電力公司合作,增加可再生能源的比例。
●增設儲能設備 : 平衡工廠用電負荷,降低電費成本,提升電力供應穩定性,減少停電風險,並促進可再生能源利用。
●電動化轉型:逐步淘汰燃油機具及運輸車輛,改用電動車輛,降低運輸中的碳排放。
●供應鏈管理
綠色採購:優先採購來自低碳排企業的材料和產品,促進整體供應鏈的環保轉型。並逐年加強國地採購占比。
●員工參與與教育
員工培訓:定期舉辦節能減碳培訓,提升全體員工的環保意識,並鼓勵他們在日常工作中落實節能措施。
●碳排放量盤查與報告
ISO 14064 認證:實施ISO 14064溫室氣體排放量盤查標準,定期核查和報告排放數據,並對外公佈年度碳排放報告。

○Electrification Transformation: Gradually phase out fuel-powered machinery and transport vehicles, replacing them with electric vehicles to reduce carbon emissions during transportation.
●Supply Chain Management
○Green Procurement: Prioritize materials and products from low-carbon enterprises, promoting the environmental transformation of the overall supply chain, and gradually increasing the proportion of domestic procurement each year.
●Employee Participation and Education
○Employee Training: Regularly hold energy-saving and carbon-reduction training sessions to raise environmental awareness among all employees and encourage them to implement energy-saving measures in their daily work.
●Carbon Emission Inventory and Reporting
○ISO 14064 Certification: Implement ISO 14064 greenhouse gas emissions inventory standards, regularly verify and report emission data, and publicly disclose annual carbon emission reports.
3.Policy Implementation and Supervision
●Responsible Department: The management department of the headquarters will also serve as the Sustainable Development Committee, responsible for formulating, implementing, and evaluating the reduction policy, and reporting progress to management regularly.
●External Supervision: In 2027, a third-party certification body will be invited to conduct verification and assurance to ensure transparency and compliance in policy implementation.

Internal Carbon Pricing
- 定價方式:
採用「影子價格(Shadow Price)」模式,初始碳價參考環境部公告之基本碳費費率,每噸二氧化碳當量(tCO₂e)設定新台幣 300 元,並將逐年檢討調整,報永續發展委員會備查。 - 適用範圍:
涵蓋總公司、雲林廠及高雄廠之範疇一及範疇二碳排放,特別適用於重大採購簽呈、設備投資案及能源採購等高碳排決策。 - 管理機制:
凡符合金額核定層級須經總經理及董事長核定之採購案,均需填具《內部碳費評估表》,計算碳排放量與碳成本,並由系統自動新增永續長審查節點,確保決策過程納入氣候風險考量。
藉由碳定價制度,公司得以事先量化碳成本,將未來政府碳費政策與碳排放成本提前反映於投資回收期與營運成本評估中,有助於引導低碳技術投資與能源效率提升,降低潛在氣候變遷財務衝擊。
The Company has adopted an Internal Carbon Pricing (Shadow Price) mechanism starting from 2025, and has formulated the Internal Carbon Pricing Management Guidelines (Draft) to internalize carbon costs into investment and procurement decision-making processes.
- Pricing Method:
A Shadow Price approach is applied, with the initial price benchmarked to the Ministry of Environment’s announced basic carbon fee rate, set at NT$300 per ton of CO₂e. The price will be reviewed and adjusted annually, subject to reporting to the Sustainability Development Committee. - Scope of Application:
The mechanism covers Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions from the headquarters, Yunlin Plant, and Kaohsiung Plant. It particularly applies to major procurement proposals, equipment investment projects, and energy procurement involving significant carbon emissions. - Management Mechanism:
For procurement cases requiring approval at the General Manager and Chairman level, an Internal Carbon Fee Assessment Form must be completed, calculating both the projected emissions and corresponding carbon cost. The system will automatically add a review step by the Chief Sustainability Officer to ensure climate risk considerations are integrated into the approval process. - Financial and Business Impacts:
Through internal carbon pricing, the Company is able to quantify carbon costs in advance and reflect future regulatory carbon fees in investment payback periods and operational cost evaluations. This mechanism guides investment toward low-carbon technologies and energy efficiency improvements, thereby mitigating potential financial risks associated with climate change.

The issue of water resources has consistently been a global focus, with the storage and distribution of water resources becoming a crucial topic. Our company has initiated research projects to reduce process water consumption, as well as the establishment of a "rainwater and wastewater separation" pipeline system for the discharge of wastewater from various plant areas. Improvement plans are also underway to enhance the recycling rate of cooling water and increase the reuse of water resources. Additionally, through the introduction of updated water-saving and recycling technologies, we aim to elevate the reuse efficiency of water resources.
