人才教育是公司發展的核心
在快速變遷的市場環境中,唯有持續投資員工的專業成長與技能提升,我們才能在競爭中立於不敗之地。我們將透過多元化的學習平台和培訓計畫,確保每一位同仁都能夠獲得最新的行業知識與技能,成為公司創新發展的重要力量。

品質保證
台榮從飼料製造,跨足到果糖及玉米澱粉製造,不僅致力於生產品質優異、符合客戶需求之產品,同時配合多角化經營,加強對澱粉、果糖事業進行延伸、整合。為使企業在未來持續成長與轉型,本公司將更進一步朝向玉米深加工產品發展,以期達到玉米專業加工的全面應用與整合。

落實企業責任
2015年起,在首次編製企業社會責任報告書(現更名為永續報告書)的同時,本公司深刻體認到企業之社會責任及永續發展的重要性。因此,在公司治理方面,除配合政策增設兩席獨立董事,提高董事會成員之專業及多元面向,更陸續訂定公司治理守則、永續發展實務守則、誠信經營守則、道德行為準則等規章,提升公司治理面的規範。另外,因應資訊公開透明化原則,於2024年調整法人說明會為2次,除發表公司近期營運概況外,亦增加利害關係人溝通管道之多元性。
本公司從原料之採購、生產、銷售以及產品改良等,均進行嚴格之管理與控制。身為食品工業的一員,本公司的果糖廠、澱粉廠陸續通過FSSC22000HACCPHALALTQF等相關認證,建立良好、穩定的生產管理系統。在原料入庫、生產時,由符合法規要求之內部實驗室進行自主檢驗,並將產品委託第三方公證單位進行外部檢驗,以確保所有產品皆能符合食品安全衛生標準,奠定企業永續經營的基礎。2022年更引進鼎新ERP作業管理系統,全面提升生產管理的效率。

Our focus will be on three key transformation areas: talent development, the implementation of a greenhouse gas inventory project, and the strengthening of our information security initiatives. These serve as the foundation for Tairoun’s future growth.

Talent Development

Commitment to Sustainability: Implementing Greenhouse Gas Inventory
Faced with escalating environmental challenges, Tairoun is proactively implementing a greenhouse gas inventory project. Beyond corporate growth, we also bear a responsibility toward the environment. Through this initiative, we will comprehensively assess our carbon emissions and formulate targeted reduction strategies, working toward carbon neutrality. This is not only our corporate duty but also our commitment to future generations.

Information Security
The Lifeline of Corporate SurvivalAs digital transformation accelerates, safeguarding data integrity and security is more critical than ever. To mitigate risks associated with data breaches and cyberattacks, we will fully implement and enhance our information security management system in 2024. This will ensure that our operations continue seamlessly in a secure and stable environment.
These three transformation initiatives signify that Tairoun is not only advancing in technology and operations but also leading the way in sustainability and social responsibility. With the collective efforts of our entire team, I am confident that Tairoun will achieve even greater milestones in 2024, solidifying its position as a more competitive and influential enterprise.

The Company implements strict management and control over the procurement of raw materials, production, sales, and product improvement. As a member of the food industry, the Company's fructose and starch plants have passed FSSC22000, HACCP, HALAL, TQF and other relevant certifications, establishing a robust and stable production management system. During raw material intake and production, we conduct autonomous inspections in compliance with regulatory requirements through internal laboratories. Additionally, products are subjected to external inspections by third-party notary units to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, thereby establishing the foundation for corporate sustainability. In 2022, we conducted the Data Systems ERP operational management system, significantly enhancing the efficiency of our production management across all operations.

Social Welfare
The Company has long been concerned about social welfare and places great importance on fostering community harmony and neighborly relations. The Feed Plants in Yunlin and Kaohsiung actively participate in sponsoring local folk festivals and supporting community events for regional elementary schools and organizations. These initiatives not only enhance interaction between the plants and local residents but also foster community spirits, demonstrating Tairoun’s commitment to “caring for the community and giving back to society”. In addition, the Kaohsiung Feed Plant annually provides its venue for the use of the local Tomato Festival organized by the Luzhu Township, assessing the smooth execution of this significant local event.

Environmental protection
In pursuit of environmental protection, the Company is dedicated to energy conservation and carbon reduction efforts. The Yunlin Plant has completely transitioned its boilers to use natural gas as fuel and procures steam generated from biomass fuels. From 2016, we are systematically replacing old equipment each year to report GHG inventory reports annually, focusing on issues such as energy consumption and pollutant emissions. Furthermore, in response to global sustainability issues and in alignment with Taiwan’s green energy development goals, the Company has installed solar photovoltaic systems at the Yunlin Plant and Daxi District, Taoyuan City, with a total installed capacity of 3,998.48 kWh as of 2023. These systems are currently operating stably.
