Expanding from feed manufacturing to the production of fructose and corn starch, Tairoun Products is dedicated to producing high-quality products that meet customer demands. Simultaneously, the company pursues diversification, enhancing and integrating starch and fructose businesses. To ensure continuous growth and transformation, the company is further moving towards the comprehensive application and integration of corn deep-processing products.

Since the initial preparation of the Corporate Social Responsibility Report (now renamed Sustainability Report) in 2015, the company recognizes the importance of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development. In terms of corporate governance, the company has appointed three independent directors to enhance the professionalism and diversity of the board. Various guidelines and codes, such as the Company Governance Code, Sustainability Practices Code, Code of Business Integrity, and Code of Ethics, have been established to enhance governance standards.

Stringent management and control are applied throughout the procurement, production, sales, and product improvement processes. As a member of the food industry, the company's fructose and starch factories have successively obtained various certifications such as FSSC22000, HACCP, HALAL, and TQF, establishing a robust and stable production management system. An internal laboratory is set up for self-inspection, and products are entrusted to third-party notary units for external inspections, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, laying the foundation for sustainable operation. In 2022, the introduction of the Dingxin ERP operation management system further enhances production management efficiency.

The company has long been concerned with social welfare and values community relations. The feed factories in Yunlin and Kaohsiung actively participate in local folk festivals and sponsor regional primary schools or clubs, demonstrating not only the interaction and camaraderie between the factory and the community but also the commitment to "caring for the community, giving back to society."

In terms of environmental protection, the company actively promotes energy conservation and carbon reduction. The Yunlin factory uses natural gas for boilers and procures steam generated from biomass fuel. Both factories systematically replace old equipment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Since 2016, the company has voluntarily submitted annual greenhouse gas inventory reports, consistently addressing environmental issues such as energy consumption and pollutant emissions. In response to global sustainability challenges and in alignment with Taiwan's green energy development goals, the company has installed a solar photovoltaic power generation system in Yunlin and Daxi District, Taoyuan City, with an installed capacity of 3,998.48 kW, all of which are currently operating steadily.
